About the Park

Our lovely lodge is situated in the beautiful River Tilt Park, located on the edge of the village of Blair Atholl and set within the stunning scenery of the Cairngorms National Park.
This family-owned park is exquisitely looked after with much care and attention. The landscaping and planting are exceptional and create an immaculate setting for the lodges and the other facilities on site.
Located at the entrance to the park is a circle of buildings which house the reception office, a post room, the restaurant and pool complex. Reception is open during office hours and there is a covered key collection system, just outside the reception office, to allow guests to collect keys at any time of the day or night.
Opposite, reception, is The Steadings Spa, the park’s fabulous pool and gym complex. The owners have cleverly taken advantage of lockdown and will soon have completed a large extension to offer a bigger pool and a brand, new café with seating inside and out. Alongside the new swimming pool, there will be a toddler’s paddling pool, a sauna, a steam room, a jacuzzi and a state- of-the-art gym! Please note the Steadings Spa, pool, and gym is currently closed for refurbishment and we do not have a date as of yet for its reopening.
The park’s own Loft Restaurant is adjacent to the Steadings Spa and offers a lunch or dinner menu. With a large terrace overlooking the glen, you can choose to dine inside or out. I could say, “what more can we say” but we still have to tell you about the quintessential Scottish village of Blair Atholl!

Enjoy a quality Highland shopping experience at the famous House of Bruar.  Five miles from Blair Atholl it is a short drive and has the most amazing variety of local produce, clothing, jewellery, plants, gifts, art and much, much more.  Prepare to spend a couple of hours browsing and definitely plan to have some of the delicious selection of hot and cold food served in the restaurant.

The House of Bruar can’t be mentioned without also telling you about the Bruar falls. This is a beautiful walk uphill which begins behind the House of Bruar and goes up to the falls and pool. Again, if it’s sunny take togs for another wild dip!
